What could I do right now?

OK, so you have not been a very good boy or girl & you are starting to feel kind of poorly, maybe a bit out of shape. You will dive into the available health information in the coming months & will actually use the helpful information to improve your body, mind & soul, but…

…what should you do right now, today, pronto?

Here’s a starting plan:

1)Drink a few more glasses of water a day, preferably some on an empty stomach, perhaps before breakfast

2)Gradually include a fruit, a veggie, an herb into your diet that you might not have before today

3)Exercise, a little at first, a walk, some pushups & situps maybe, finishing with some light stretches

4)Take a multivitamin/supplement, morning & night, with meals

Those rather easy steps will do wonders for you over some weeks if not days. They will also serve as a starting point for much more - a salad muncher, a “pill popper” (herbs & vitamins, of course), a marathoner.

Anything is possible but you have to start somewhere, sometime.
